It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas J. Rountree of Braintree, Massachusetts, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover W. Rountree and Florence Rountree (Long) of Boston; his brother Grover W. Rountree, Jr. of Quincy; and his grandchild Madilyn Rose. He is survived by: his significant other Marie C. Rountree (Mini); his children, Matthew T. Rountree (Elizabeth) of Weymouth, Michael L. Rountree (Danielle) of Abington and Alicia R. Rountree of Abington; and his grandchildren, Benjamin, William, Thomas and Abigail.

In lieu of flowers the family sincerely requests donations in Tom's memory be made to the Vietnam Veterans Scholarship Fund, C/O Peter Schivone, 128 Town Street, Braintree MA, 02184.
