It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita T. (Connare) Barnett of Braintree, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 24, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Connare and Rita Connare (Feeley); and her siblings, Virginia Corey and William Connare. She is survived by: her husband Larry Barnett; her sons, David Barnett of Whitman and Michael Barnett (Liana) of Braintree; her brother Paul Connare of Brockton; and her grandson Aidan Barnett.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cartwright-Venuti Funeral Home (845 Washington St, Braintree, MA 02184). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (856 Washington St, Braintree, MA 02184).
