She was predeceased by: her parents, Hector MacDonald and Anna MacDonald (Burns); her husband Gerald Currie; her son John; her son-in-law Jerome Chaskes; and her siblings, Jeanette "Jay" Buckley, William "Bucko" MacDonald, Millie Davey, Dottie Wright, Helen Wyatt, Arthur "Sonny" MacDonald, Irene "Chickie" Capello and Anne Pittman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Chaskes of Plymouth, Karen Currie (Paul Carberry) of Quincy, Judy Penny (David) of Braintree, Marianne Fisher (Bob) of Norwell and Kathy Knoll (Michael) of Hingham; and her sister Ruthie Hudson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. And she leaves numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Norwell VNA and Hospice Charitable Fund, 120 Longwater Drive, Norwell, MA 02061.
