He is survived by: his spouse Corally Toye (Crothers); and his children, Kelly Parker (Steve) of Norwood, Ralph Toye II (Jennifer) of Weymouth, R. Benjamin Toye (Marikae) of Braintree and Bethany Toye of Braintree. He is also survived by 6 brothers and 2 sisters and leaves behind 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
