He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Osis; his children, Angela Mitchell (Brandon) and Paul Osis Jr. (Kendall); and his siblings, David Osis (Debi), Mark Osis (Patti), Patti Mulligan (Michael), Nancy Sayers (Jack) and Karen Henderson (Pete). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
