With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn C. (Moore) McGourty of Braintree, Massachusetts, born in Dorchester, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 10, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Hugh F. McGourty, Jr.; her son Stephen McGourty; and her brother Randy. She is survived by: her children, Hugh McGourty, III (Erin) of Hingham, Paul McGourty (Lauren) of Braintree, Michael McGourty (Lucille) of Braintree, James McGourty of Braintree, John McGourty (Karen) of Braintree, Catherine McGourty of Falmouth, Brian McGourty (Laura) of Braintree and Marilyn McGourty of Braintree; and her siblings, Donna Marston of Quincy, Ruth, Lorraine and Gerry. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Marilyn's name to the charity of your choice.
