She is survived by: her children, Anne Marie Macozek of Newport, RI, Ellen M. Macozek of Braintree, James M. Macozek (Aracelly) of Braintree, Karen A. Macozek, Yoho (late Manford) and William T. Macozek; her sister Elizabeth Connerty of Plymouth; her grandchildren, Jacob Luken, Abigail Luken, Daniel Luken and Andrea Macozek; and her great grandchild Ethan James Macozek Logan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
