It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Locke of Braintree, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 9, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Sullivan and Mary Sullivan (O'Shea); her husbands, John W. and Jack Locke; her siblings, Catherine, Regina and Marty Sullivan of Dorchester; and her siblings-in-law, Donald Locke of Dedham and Marilyn Locke of Dedham.
She is survived by: her children, Mary C. Prendergast (Michael) of Marshfield and John W. Locke (Nancy) of Mattapan; her grandchild Neeve Prendergast of Boston; her siblings, Mary Landers (late Joe) of Braintree, Joe Arsenault of Braintree, Patricia Foley (late Peter) of Woburn, Louise Kelly (late Bob) of Dorchester, Jim Senier of Weymouth, Joann and Jay Kerins of Dorchester; her siblings-in-law, Leo, Rosalie Locke of Florida, Maureen Martin (late John) of Walpole and Jerry Locke (late Doris) of Dedham; and her friend Barbara Reardon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
