She is survived by: her husband Mark Downing; her children, Shioban Grout (William) of Abington, Sarah Cross (Peter) of Braintree and Brian Downing of Braintree; her granddaughter Rose; her siblings, MaryAnn Hickey of Quincy, Annie O'Malley (Peter) of Galway, Delia Joyce of Quincy, Mark Folan (Peggy) of Braintree, Maggie Walsh (Paraic) of Quincy and Eileen Walsh (Martin) of Braintree; and her mother-in-law Marion Carlier of Braintree. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
