He was predeceased by: his spouse Maureen M. Civitarese (Mallen). He is survived by: his children, Susan Civitarese (Anthony Denzer) of Hawaii and Jon Civitarese (Judy) of Maine; his siblings, Judith Randazzo of Bedford, Irene Noris of Abington and Barbara O'Toole of Canton; and his sibling-in-law Peggy Lundrigan of Braintree. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
