It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Hussey of Braintree, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 25, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Hussey to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Hussey and Robert Hussey; and his siblings, Joan, Dorothy and Robert.
He is survived by: his sisters, Maryjane of Buenos Aires and Peggy Delpico of Braintree; his children, John J. Hussey Jr. (Janet), Robert Hussey (Susan), Christina Clark (Charles) of Port St and Theresa Hussey (Sean McLaughlin); his grandchildren, Kayla, Madison, Ava and Austin; and his great grandchildren, Alice and Mila. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McMaster Funeral Home (86 Franklin St, Braintree, MA 02184). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi (856 Washington St, Braintree, MA 02184). A burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at the Blue Hill Cemetery (700 West St, Braintree, MA 02184).
