It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John J. Cody Jr. of Braintree, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 25, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Cody and Agnes L. (Dickson); and his sister Patricia Mawn. He is survived by: his wife Maryann Cody (Oberg) of Braintree; his children, Alan Harvey of Maine, Brian Harvey (Carole) of South Weymouth, Steven Harvey (Kathy) of Plympton, Michael Harvey of Maine, Marianne Harvey-Fenton (John) of Middleborough and John Cody (Erin) of Middleborough; his sister Carole O'Connell of Weymouth; his grandchildren, Mallory, Timothy, Kimberly, Melanie, James and Kiernan; and his great grandchildren, Natalie and Evelyn.
