Joan M. Duffy Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan M. Duffy of Braintree, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan M. Duffy to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John J. Duffy and Mary E. Duffy (Carr); her brother John "Jay" J. Duffy, Jr. (Marian) of Milton; her niece Amy Chrisom (Kevin) of Milton; her nephew John J. Duffy, III (Katie); her great-nephew Kevin; and her great-nieces, Madeline Chrisom, Molly, Mary Kate and Maggie Duffy.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keohane Funeral Home - Quincy (785 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02170). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Saint Francis of Assisi Church (854 Washington St, Braintree, MA 02184). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (990 Lagrange St, Boston, MA 02132).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joan may be made Ascend Healthcare and Hospice and or St. Agatha Elementary School, 440 Adams St., Milton, MA 02186.
