It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Israel F. Alicea of Braintree, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 2, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Israel F. Alicea to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Encarnacion Alicea and Ramona Alicea (Flores). He is survived by: his wife Linda Alicea (Lundrigan); his children, Natalia Fay (Paul) of Billerica, Lisa Ashby (Allen) of Braintree and Andrea Alicea (Nerecia) of Quincy; his siblings, Ruperta Alicea of Puerto Rico, Carlos Alicea of Puerto Rico, Edelmiro, Alfredo, Ramon and Angel Luis Alicea; and his grandchildren, Brianna Campbell, Tyler Brennan and Aliana Ashby. He is also survived by his family, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Brigham and Women's Hospital Lung Transplant Program, 75 Francis St., Boston, MA 02115.
