She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carmine Mariano and Pasqualina Mariano (Satorio); her spouse John Varrasso; her children, Michael Varrasso (Sandra) of Weymouth, Robert Varrasso (Lynn) of Plymouth, John Varrasso (Laura) of Hanover and Jimmy Varrasso (Heidi) of Abington; her pet Razzle; and her siblings, Donna Sacchetti (Fred) of Braintree, Luigi Mariano (Helen), Americo Mariano, Peter Mariano, Rose Raymondi (Alfred) and Jenny Magnarelli. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
