He was predeceased by: his father Walter Piasecki; and his sister Eleanor Kurzynowski. He is survived by: his wife Rita V. Piasecki; his sons, George Piasecki, Jr. (Debbie) of Holbrook, Stuart Piasecki (Mary Jane) of Quincy and Gary Piasecki (Joan) of Braintree; his grandchildren, Megan, Sean and Jason; and his brothers, Robert Piasecki and Walter Piasecki. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in George's name to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
