He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hayes (Tang); his daughters, Cathy Choi and Connie Lee Batlevi; his sons-in-law, Pedro Choi and Yakup Batlevi; and his siblings, Debra Melburg, Patrick Hayes, Sr., Willis Hayes, Jr. and Charlotte Rosen.
