He was predeceased by: his daughter Deborah Cerilli (Joseph Cerilli) of Braintree; his sister Linda Doucette (Sheehan); and his parents, Ernest "Parky" Sheehan and Nellie (Hardy). He is survived by: his wife Pamela (Niedzwiecki); his children, Michael Sheehan Sr. of Weymouth, Kerry Burke (David Burke Sr.) of Braintree and Erin Sheehan of Braintree; his sister Patricia Sheehan (Patsy) of Braintree; his brother-in-law Gregory Niedzwiecki of Somerville; his grandchildren, Joseph Cerilli Jr. (Mikayla), Evan Cerilli (Ashley), Chloe Cerilli, Abigail Cerilli, Michael Sheehan Jr., John Sheehan, Jessica Sheehan, David Burke Jr., Devyn Burke and Tyler Varraso; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Ava and Cameron Cerilli.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cartwright-Venuti Funeral Home (845 Washington St, Braintree, MA 02184). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (856 Washington St, Braintree, MA 02184).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place , Memphis TN 38105 , or charity of choice in Red's honor.
