It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor R. Johnson of Braintree, Massachusetts, born in Brockton, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George English and Catherine English (Lawton); her husband James F. Johnson, II; her brother James English; and her children, Kathleen (Justin O'Shea) of Braintree, Linda (Thomas Kelleher) of Taunton, Jae Johnson of Plymouth and James F. Johnson, III.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Justin O'Shea, Kathryn Munroe, Lauren Jeffery, Michael Jeffery, Ellen "Nellie" Orr and Gavin Johnson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Hellenic Women's Benevolent Association, 601 Sherman St., Canton, MA 02021.
