Cusack (Marc Cusack) of Weymouth; her grandchildren, John C. Cusack, Luke M. Clancy and Leia E. Cusack; and her sister Jane A. Tetzlaff (Richard). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.
