Barbara Ann Shea Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Ann Shea of Braintree, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 1, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Scotton (Hickey); her aunts, Katherine Hickey and Rose Reilly (Hickey); and her sister Dorothy Berry (Scotton). She is survived by: her husband Richard Shea (Dick); her sons, Richard (Monica) of Plymouth, Edward of Quincy and Michael of Weymouth; and her grandchildren, Caroline, Meghan, Cassandra, Ryan, Jeffrey and Michael.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mortimer N. Peck Funeral Home (516 Washington St, Braintree, MA 02184). A prayer was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Braintree Plain St. Cemetery.
