With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna (DeSantis) DiCenso of Braintree, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 12, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Anna (DeSantis) DiCenso to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Franco DeSantis and Maria DeSantis (Matese); her former spouse Arduino DiCenso; and her siblings, Antonio DeSantis, Feliciano DeSantis and Elena Iudiciani.
She is survived by: her daughter Rosetta Summers; her husband John; her siblings, Eraldo DeSantis of Braintree and Filomena Amatangelo of Italy; her grandchildren, Alessandra, Michael and Juliana; and her pet Shelby.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cartwright-Venuti Funeral Home (845 Washington St, Braintree, MA 02184). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Clare Church (1244 Liberty St, Braintree, MA 02184).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Hope Health Hospice and Palliative Care, 1085 No.
