He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Cathline and Ethel Cathline (Howe); and his siblings, Helen Forrister, Ruth Ziegler and Edward "Buster" Cathline.
He is survived by: his wife Faith G. Cathline (Nichols); his children, Brett William Cathline of New Marlboro, Jeff Edward Cathline of Boylston, Wendy Joy Tetreault of Boylston and Barry Pulster of Ellington, CT; his grandchildren, William A. Tetreault of Boylston and Brynn G. Tetreault of Boylston; and his sister-in-law Lillian Cathline. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
