She was predeceased by: her husband Richard C. Seed; her son Richard M. Seed; her sisters, Kathleen McDermott and Elizabeth Winchell; her son-in-law Daniel Quinn; and her parents, John J. and Mary A. Flynn (McInerney).
She is survived by: her children, Robert Seed (Barbara), Kevin Seed (Susan), Paul Seed (Sheila) and Elizabeth "Betty" Seed (Patricia Quinn); her daughter-in-law Anne Seed; her grandchildren, Daniel Seed (Emily), Kathryn Shedd (Wesley), Timothy, Patrick, Caitlin, Martha and Michael Seed; and her great grandchildren, Nora, Anna Seed, Hannah and Josephine Shedd. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
