She was predeceased by: her husband Frank O'Connell; and her parents, Patrick Carpenito and Marie Carpenito. She is survived by: her children, Ken O'Connell (Susan), Tom O'Connell (Sue), Jim O'Connell (Debbie), Cheryl Harris (Steve) and Sharon O'Connell. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Worcester Animal Rescue League and St. Jude's Hospital.
