He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Pavlik and Rose Spahr (Jaros); his sister Barbara Parsons; his grandson Timothy Houston; and his stepson Christopher Fuller.
He is survived by: his wife Maryann Pavlik (Lang); his children, Claire Purgus (Juan Cruz) of Ware, MA, David Pavlik (Melissa) of North Dartmouth, MA and Anne Pavlik Houston of Charlton, MA; and his stepson James Fuller of Worcester, MA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chiampa Funeral Home (5 Church Rd, Shrewsbury, MA 01545). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
