She was predeceased by: her husband Edward C. "Butch" Jasiewicz; her daughter-in-law Susan Jasiewicz; her siblings, Frank Troxell and Geraldine Carson; and her parents, Will Troxell and Edith Troxell (Edwards).

She is survived by: her children, Robin Lafferty (Kenneth, Sr.) of Robbinsville, NJ and Edward C. Jasiewicz, Jr. of Yardley, PA; and her grandchildren, Heather Decker (Andrew Decker), Ken Lafferty, Jr. and Lianna Jasiewicz.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Boylston COA, Boylston Town Hall, 221 Main Street, Boylston, MA 01505.

“We are so sorry for your loss of your sweet mom, Hazel. We live down the street and I remember walking out dog Sophie and stopping by to sit and chat with Hazel and Ed. They were very nice and pleasant. My husband Bill got to meet them as well and he was the one who installed the grab bar for them when he noticed that Hazel was having trouble walk up the steps. May she rest in eternal peace with her husband, Ed. Prayers to all the family ~ Susan & Bill Hudson, 120 Nicholas Avenue, Boylston”
