He was predeceased by: his brother Henry D. Penny. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Penny (D'Elia); his sons, Richard H Penny (Michelle) of Worcester and Anthony E. Penny, Jr of South Yarmouth; his grandson Dominic R. Penny; his brother Robert H. Penny (Sandy); his sister-in-law Eleanor Penny; and his brothers, Francis J. and John J.. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in his name can be made to the St Jude's Children's research hospital, 1 St. Jude place, Memphis.
