With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John L. Steele of Boxborough, Massachusetts, born in Natick, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 29, 2024. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Steele and Gwendolyn Steele; his wife Carole; his children, Neal Westphalen (Marcie) of Raleigh, NC, Amy Steele of Boxborough, MA and Adam Westphalen (Jennifer) of Easton, CT; his grandchildren, Alecia (Vinod), Amanda (Landon), Abigail (David), Arden, Addisen, Aidan and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Jasper, Simon and Matilda; and his siblings, Mary (Ernest) of Williston, VT, Charlie (Charlotte) of New Bern, NC and Philip of Pensacola, FL.. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
