He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen F. Kelley and Grace E. Kelley (Martine); and his sister Muriel C. McInnis (Francis X. "Frank"). He is survived by: his spouse Thomas N. Cobb; and his siblings, Francis X. "Frank" Kelley (late Ann), James M. Kelley (late Connie) and Kevin Kelley (Geri). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
