We bid farewell to Tita Contreras (Boston, Massachusetts), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 6, 2025 at the age of 93. Tita touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid adieu to Tita's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Tita has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Ladislao Reyes; and her children, Aida, Juan, Rene, Mirtala, Balmore, Dinora, Martin, Wilfredo and Yanira.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruggiero Family Memorial (971 Saratoga St, Boston, MA 02128). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (601 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Pine Grove Cemetery (145 Boston St, Lynn, MA 01904).
