He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Philbin of Virginia, Steven Philbin of Winchester, Christine Philbin Rossi (Thomas) of Hawaii and Stanley T. Philbin (Nancy Philbin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
