He was predeceased by: his former wife Marilyn Mandile of Marshfield; his daughter Karen Mandile Duross (late Charles "Jamie" Duross); his parents, Fred Mandile and Margaret Mandile (Marchese) of Boston; and his siblings, Margaret "Peggy" Mandile of Medfield, John "Jack" Mandile of Weston, Geraldine Robson of Medfield, Mary Newton of Idaho, Francis Mandile of Medfield and Carole LaFreniere (Leo) of Wareham.
He is survived by: his children, Richard J. Mandile "Rick" (Carleen) of North Kingstown, RI, Brian Mandile (Jill) of Marshfield and Kristen Mooney (Timothy) of Scituate; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Caleb, Alexandra "Ali", Margaret "Maggie", Katherine of Charles James, Jack, Liam, Carolyn, Coleman and Ava; his great grandchildren, Nora, Griffin and Sophia; and his wife Lynn Mandile (Hart).
