He was predeceased by: his spouse Joan M. Curtis. He is survived by: his children, Mark E. Curtis of Boston, Stephen A. Curtis of Ashland and Michele Curtis Wallen of Pagosa Springs, CO; and his grandchildren, Jaclyn Curtis, Jaime Curtis, Curtis Wallen and Samuel Wallen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
