She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Gillis and Helen Gillis (Bryan); her siblings, Ann Collins, Bobby and Kay Gillis; and her nephew Paul.

She is survived by: her husband Lt. Stephen Chamberlin Sr.; her children, Stacey Buonfiglio (Paul Buonfiglio III) of Lynnfield, Stephen Chamberlin Jr. (Angela) of Revere and Amy Chamberlin of Revere; her siblings, Neil Gillis (late Peggy) of East Dennis, Jane Gillis Ryle of Medford, Eileen Gillis of Revere, Nancy Russell (late David), Joe, Linda Bryan of Andover and Linda Bard of Melrose; her grandchildren, Paul S. Buonfiglio (Bianca), Alexandra Walsh (Casey), Ava Buonfiglio and Nicholas Chamberlin; her great grandchildren, Roman, Lorenzo, Paul Vincent Buonfiglio and Joseph Walsh; and her nieces and nephews, Cheryl, Karen, David, Patrick, Johnny, Mary Helen, Vanessa, Jacquelyn, Michelle, Krissy, Bryan, Katie, Ruthie, Mack, Owen and Kristen.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 28th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Buonfiglio Funeral Home (128 Revere St, Revere, MA 02151). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Church (250 Revere St, Revere, MA 02151).
