He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Elizabeth Herbert; his children, Lisa, Derick and Kevin; and his grandsons, Aiden and Aaron. He is also survived by 3 children, 4 siblings, 2 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
