She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter F. Rosher and Ethel M. Rosher; and her brother Walter F. Rosher (Regina Rosher). She is survived by: her children, Thomas F. McCarthy (Judith M. Ostiguy), Charles W. McCarthy (Claire A. McCarthy), Timothy M. McCarthy (late Marija D. Keturakis), Walter F. McCarthy (Carla A. McCarthy), Heather M. McCarthy and Christine P. Dennison (Richard W. Dennison); and her siblings, Marion E. Street (Edmund M. Street), Thomas F. Rosher (Mary Lou Rosher), Margaret A. Rosher and Catherine M. Nenortas (Rimas P. Nenortas). She is also survived by family, which included 21 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Casper Funeral Home (187 Dorchester St, Boston, MA 02127). A prayer will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Quincy Elks Lodge (254 Quarry St, Quincy, MA 02169).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a dementia or Alzheimer's foundation in her honor.
