She was predeceased by: her sons, Timothy Bailey and Gerome Bailey; and her brother Willie Bailey Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Linda Johnson and Larry Bailey (Joyce); her grandsons, Shawn Johnson (Renee), Bobbie Johnson (Jeannie), Jeshawn Groom (Dorothy), Lavell Bailey (Latanya), Darnell Bailey (Erika) and Chaka Meredith; her cousin Donald Witt; her goddaughter Vanessa Dortch; her nephews, Terry and Billy Bailey; and her niece Nicole Ross. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
