Dorothy S. Callahan Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy S. Callahan of Boston, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 21, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Dorothy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Dorothy farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William P. Callahan; and her family, Cecelia H. Abraham of Boston, Susan, Robert Hughes, Alfred, Mary Ellis of Winthrop, Jay, Pamela Donovan and John Peckham of West Roxbury.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Gilman Memorial Chapel at Cedar Grove Cemetery (920 Adams St, Dorchester Center, MA 02124).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to a charity of your choice in Dorothy's name.
