He is survived by: his parents, Leah Wirth (Ochsner) and Wilhelm Wirth; his spouses, Mary Ann Meagher and Marie; his children, Richard Ostrander Wirth (Margaret Leahy Wirth) of Boston, Christine Wirth (Charles Normand) and Nancy Roehl (Thomas Roehl) of Barkhamsted, CT.; his grandchildren, Gregory Roehl, Drew Roehl, Jacob Roehl, Dayana Roehl, Katrina Wirth Fulton and Laura Leahy Wirth; his great grandchildren, Savannah Roehl, Kiera Roehl, Adriana Roehl, Genevieve Fulton, Hobbes Fulton, August Fulton and Jonathan Roehl; and also, Germany and Charley. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be to the Baystate Visiting Nurse Association, Hospice Care, or The Little Guild Animal Shelter, West Cornwall, CT.
