He is survived by: his child Thomas Horrigan; his parent Grace Horrigan (Colby); and his siblings, Cammy Skoog (Jeffrey), Eddie Horrigan (Karen), Denise Ciampa (Michael), Scott Horrigan (Susan) and Andrea Kiley. He is also survived by his 10 nieces and nephews as well as many aunts and uncles.
