She is survived by: her husband William H Black Sr.; her children, Cecil Noiles, Sherena Black and William H Black Jr.; her siblings, Gary Thayer, Catherine Morris and Shirley Powell; and also Matthew Evans. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Morning Star Baptist Church (1257 Blue Hill Ave, Mattapan, MA 02126). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
