He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary M.; his daughters, Mary T. Rice-DeFosse of Lewiston, Anne M. Rice and Eleanor M. Rice; his grandchildren, Danielle DeFosse-Strout, Patricia DeFosse and Christopher DeFosse; his great grandchildren, Maximus, Maddox, Makae Strout, Wesley and Willow Myers; his brothers, Earl F. Rice, Jr. and L. Norman Rice; his son-in-law John R. DeFosse; and his parents, Earl F. Rice, Sr. and Eleanor M. Rice.
