He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Underhill and Margaret "Peggy" Daley; his sister Kathleen Desjardins; and his in-laws, David and Mary Lou Vercant.
He is survived by: his wife Kerrie Vercant Underhill; his son Peter Underhill (Erin); his siblings, Daniel Underhill, Mary "Beth" Richardson (Tony) and Michael Underhill; his siblings-in-law, Michael Desjardins and Amy Gloff (Herb); his niece Margaret Richardson; his nephew Tony Richardson; and his grandchildren, Rose, William and Lena. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, many cousins, and close friends.
