It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary McCracken in Bolton, Massachusetts, born in Brookline, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 8, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie L. Cordingly and John F. Howe; her husband Albert I. McCracken (Albie); and her siblings, John F. Howe Jr. (Jeff) and Joan C. H. McIntosh.

She is survived by: her pet Greta; her children, David H. McCracken of Pittsfield, MA, Laurie J. McCracken, Amanda McCracken of Clinton, MA and Betsy W. McCracken of Anchorage, Alaska; and her grandchildren, Stephanie J. Quinn, Jessie C. Carpenter, Hannah R. (Henna) and Ethan M. Gould. She is also survived by her family for her love of diverse animals.
