He is survived by: his parent Hellen D'Amico (Clark); his brother James D'Amico of Chester; his sister-in-law Barbara D'Amico of Bolton; and his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey D'Amico of Berlin, Mark D'Amico of Melbourne Fla, Janine Garbacz of Jacksonville Fla, Lisa Butland of Berlin and Laurie Perault of Hudson.
