He is survived by: his wife Christie Mayo; his daughters, Cathyann Cusimano and Carolyn Bailey; his stepchildren, Dale and Donald; his brother Kenneth Mayo; and also Bennett-Boyle. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
