She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Reilly; and her parents, Frances Harlow and Robert Harlow of Weston, MA.. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert M. Harlow Jr. of Cambridge, MA and Susan H. McGillicuddy; her brother-in-law John Michael McGillicuddy; her niece Mary Elizabeth McGillicuddy; and her nephew Michael McGillicuddy of Rockport, MA..
