A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (191 Elm St, Pittsfield, MA 01201).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Theresa's name to the Phelps Cancer Patient Assistance Fund and mailed to Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
