He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Boulette of Blandford, MA; his sister Diane (Richard Corsi) of Longmeadow, MA; his stepson Derek Lindvall of Minneapolis, MN; and his mothers-in-law, Joan Lane of Minneapolis, MN, Janice Brown of New Richmond, WI and Joey Batman. He is also survived by two fur baby cats.
In lieu of flowers, John prefers a donation to Tunnel of Towers.
